missingWrote a review on 13 Decshower delay
The shower took an unacceptably long time to warm up, hitting a frustrating 15 minutes. The mattress quality left much to be desired with a noticeable sag, not to mention a huge stain on the side. Each morning, sheets were disheveled and pillows flimsily lacked necessary support. WiFi performance was disappointing, practically unusable. Breakfast availability was an issue. Items were scarce, with mornings yielding little more than an empty container until refills. Cleaning service was awkwardly limited.

Staff was super helpful at check-in, recommending Piper Arms for dinner, it was delicious! My room was clean and had a mini fridge. The shower had great pressure and tons of hot water. There's plenty of parking, and it's close to shopping and restaurants 😊

Dude, the king-size bed was super comfy, and we loved the jacuzzi! Check-in took forever though, and we missed our chance at the brewery, which, like, totally bummed us out. But the location's clutch with food spots close by! Definitely a chill vibe overall, just gotta watch those delays.

Favourable very central location really close to a pleasant, relaxing getaway as well as downtown. Tried some takeout specials at Mcdonald's, luckily it was just a short stroll away from the venue. Our room was a decent size, provided with a couch, mini fridge, a coffee maker...

Absolutely terrible experience! The breakfast was a disaster with empty food containers, and how am i supposed to shower without a working faucet? I expected a room upgrade due to the inconvenience, but guess what? Nothing! If your service was even half decent, I might've thought of a good review, but alas, I just couldn't.

The best part about staying at the Hampton Inn & Suites was the fact that they have their pool, hot tub and gym open until midnight. This is awesome! So many hotels close these amenities down by 10:00 which is okay for kids but what about that adults that want their time in the pool?! The staff were excellent and very helpful and all of the facilities were spotless. This is a great choice!
No complaints. Everything was fantastic!

Our family (adult children & grandchildren) met here on the weekend. We all very much appreciated the very friendly, courteous & helpful staff, the salt water pool, a good variety of healthy & delicious foods for breakfast in the attractive dining area, items that had been forgotten (toothbrushes & toothpaste) cheerfully supplied free -- all in all such a good experience that our 5-year-old grandson asked if we could do this every Friday! Our thanks to all. Jim & Doris Cober
